On Sunday,
August 7, 2016, the Ingham County Prosecutor’s Office authorized a charge of
False Report or Report of Terrorist Threat (MCL 750.543) for Seth Stewart. Stewart, a seventeen year-old resident of
Lansing, was arraigned before Judge Cherry.
A $10,000 Cash or Surety bond was set by Judge Cherry. A preliminary exam is scheduled for August 18,
2016, 8:30 a.m., at the 55th District Court. Stewart posted bond.
