Help us catch a thief

Two females were seen stealing clothing items from an outlet store in the Meridian Mall on April 18, 2015 at around 6:30 pm.  They ran from loss prevention and got into a white Honda Civic which has a Maryland license plate.  The license plate cover says "Jerry's...It's about YOU!"

We do not have a photo of the second female but she was described as a being a heavy set black female holding a young child.
