Do you know who these people are?

We've been busy trying to get people identified from the tips we've received from earlier postings, which has caused a bit of a backlog in our social media efforts.  Here is another case we are working on and hope you can help with.

In this one, the two men pictured below are accused of using a cloned credit card at Kroger's in Okemos on April 23, 2014 at approximately 4:00 P.M.
