First, we understand that these pictures are of poor quality, but we believe that the men in them can still be identified. These are persons of interest in a Retail Fraud complaint that occurred at Quality Dairy on Marsh Road on March 3, 2012. We believe that these men may be local residents from information that we have gathered. One of the suspects has stitches on his nose.
