Two Armed Robbers Arrested and Arraigned


On Sunday, October 30, 2011 at 12:54 pm Meridian Township Police responded to an armed robbery at Cedar Creek Apartments.  Officers were advised two men had displayed a firearm to a resident and stolen a dog.  At approximately 5:30 pm the men were arrested at the corner of Hagadorn and Mt. Hope.  Michigan State University Police assisted in making the arrest.  The dog was recovered and unharmed.

-Monquel Paulk, 21, of Okemos, charged with Armed Robbery and Conspiracy to Commit Armed Robbery.  Bond was set at $150,000 cash or surety.

-Jamari Glover, 19, of Lansing, charged with Armed Robbery and Conspiracy to Commit Armed Robbery. Bond was set at $75,000 cash or surety.

Both men are scheduled for preliminary examination on November 10, 2011 at 9:00 am in front of Judge Donald Allen at the 55th District Court.
