On September 7, 2015, at approximately 1:56 a.m., Meridian Township Police responded to the 300 block of Piper Road to investigate a shooting. Multiple shots were fired at the home from outside resulting in a non-life threatening injury to a 47 year-old female resident. The incident was not random. One arrest has been made for attempted murder. The investigation continues and additional
arrest(s) are anticipated.
