Do You Know This Man?
Will you help us identify this man? He took merchandise from a local retailer. He was seen leaving the area in a dark blue Saturn with a "small fin" on the back. He is described as being heavily tattooed, including a gun tattoo on his leg, tattoos on his face and on his knuckles.
