Do You Know This Fraud Suspect?

Will you help identify this man who is suspected of using the cloned credit card of an unsuspecting victim, at 4 local businesses?  He is described as a black male last seen wearing a red Cincinnati Reds coat, jeans, a brown hat and glasses.
