This woman is a suspect in a credit card fraud. A local victim had her credit card cloned; then it was used at various locations, including a local retailer. The fraudulent charges to her account exceed $459, including over $312 locally. She was last seen wearing a black hat and a green coat and is described as a black female with long black hair in her mid 20's.
