Can you identify this man?

Do you know who this man is?  He has reportedly been involved in multiple attempted thefts from businesses in the Meridian Mall in the past.  We are currently investigating a shoplifting complaint from a business in the mall where he has been accused of stealing merchandise.  This incident took place on February 19, 2014 at approximately 2:30 P.M.

We have been informed that his nickname may be John-John.
