Anyone know her?

We know these aren't the best pictures but we're hoping someone that knows this woman will recognize her.  She stands accused of breaking into a vehicle and stealing our victim's wallet at a local business and then going on a shopping spree using the victim's credit card.  Can you help us track her down?
