Can you identify these fraud suspects?

Thanks to our growing community network on social media we have identified numerous suspects to crimes that previously would have remained unsolved.  Can you help us again?  We are looking to identify the male and female pictured above in reference to them committing a fraud in which an elderly male was the victim. The male subject was wearing what appears to be a coat with the Miami Heat (basketball team) logo on the back, see the picture below.

In another case the individual pictured below has been accused of using a credit card that was stolen at the Meijer store located on South Pennsylvania in Lansing.
