We recently decided to start placing some of our active warrants on our social media sites (Facebook, Twitter, Google +).  Thus far we've had three of the warrants cleared because of this campaign.  Over the past six months that we have been active in social media I've been constantly surprised and pleased with how involved our community network has become.

We will continue to put some of our active warrants out on social media in the hopes that everyone will continue to help us locate these people.  Most of the warrants we put out are for those who have chosen not to go to court, have committed less serious crimes, etc.  I consider them prime choices to put on social media because they've made a conscious decision to not address their issues, whatever they may be.
